The 64th Melbourne Boat Show was held in the Docklands from 15–18 October, taking over New Quay Promenade and Harbour Esplanade with more than 100 exhibitors and boats lining the waterfront.
Right in the middle of it all was the Tydra stand, with the v34 on display and ready for a closer look.
From opening on Thursday to wrapping up on Sunday afternoon, there was a steady stream of people stopping by to check out the v34, see how it all comes together and chat with the team about what it’s like to own a watercraft that fits in your garage and launches without a boat ramp.
Plenty of good conversations, lots of curiosity and a great few days on the waterfront.
Then the judges had their say. Tydra won Best Small Display at the 2026 Melbourne Boat Show. For a young Australian company at one of the country's longest running boat shows, that one means a lot.

The trophy went straight onto the stand next to the champagne, and the team stopped for a moment to celebrate.

Thanks to the Melbourne Boat Show team for having us, and to everyone who came by the stand to see the v34 for themselves.
